Carmen is passionate about growing and sharing food. She's an accomplished grower, having worked on and managed farms in both Florida and Tennessee. Notably, she directed Fresh Access Bucks, Florida’s state wide SNAP incentive program designed to increase underserved communities’ access to fresh foods while increasing revenue for local farmers. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Political Science, focusing on Agriculture Policy and Organic and Sustainable Crop Production, and later served as a Sustainable Agriculture Peace Corps volunteer in Panama.

Tripp Eldridge
Tripp's been growing, sharing and celebrating local organic food since 2002. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Health from GA Southern with a focus in Community Health and food systems. Over the years, Tripp's worked for the GA Dept of Agriculture, managed farmers markets and served on local and national non-profit boards within the good food movement. He's worked on farms from Central Pennsylvania to the Southern Highlands of Tanzania. With the help of amazing teams, Tripp's built four farms from scratch, ranging from 5 acres to 500. And he's always hungry for a new challenge, so bring it on!
